Heather Moss

Heather brings 27 years of educational leadership experience to her role, having served as a special education teacher, school counselor, principal of State Agency Schools, and Executive Assistant of High Schools in JCPS. After serving on the Board of Directors for I Would Rather Be Reading (IWBR) for two years and taking a one-year hiatus, she officially joined the Leadership Team in the summer of 2026. In addition to her leadership duties, Heather oversees our AmeriCorps coordination.
