This year’s Give for Good Louisville campaign was a true Homecoming. A celebration of community, connection, and what is possible when amazing people rally around a shared purpose.

Together, our donors, peer-to-peer fundraisers, volunteers, community partners, and friends raised nearly $22,000 to support I Would Rather Be Reading’s after-school program at Jacob Elementary!

Because of this incredible generosity, 40 children at Jacob Elementary now have access to high-quality after-school programming that combines literacy support, social-emotional learning, enrichment opportunities, caring mentors, and a safe place to learn and grow.

Homecoming was more than a campaign theme. It represented bringing our community together to ensure children have a place where they feel supported, connected, and excited about their futures.

To every person who donated, shared our campaign, encouraged our team, or helped spread the word: thank you for helping us bring it home for Jacob Elementary.
