Allison Ogle
Co-CEO
As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of I Would Rather Be Reading, Allison Ogle leads an organization deeply rooted in equity, literacy, and community. She is dedicated to designing programs that ensure every child has access to safe spaces, strong relationships, and the necessary support to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Allison serves as a Partner at IWRBR Consulting, where she assists mission-driven organizations in growing their impact through strategic development, fundraising, and storytelling. Whether guiding teams through program design or helping founders scale sustainable initiatives, her work is anchored in the belief that community-centered solutions drive lasting change.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Allison is a lifelong learner and avid reader who enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. She is married to her high school sweetheart, a proud aunt to six nieces and nephews, and a devoted dog mom to Tank and Michee.
